Gottaplay Gotaplay Game Rental ReviewGotaPlay is a newer service, which began operation in October of 2004. They have a very good area of coverage of the continental U.S. with a total of 6 distribution centers. If you are having trouble getting shipments in a timely manner, GottaPlay could be the ticket for faster rentals. East Coast gamers should consider this service.

There is no free trial with this service, but they do offer at 10 day money back guarantee.

Game Stock and Wait Times
Unfortunately, the website leaves a bit to be desired. There is no indication of which games are in stock or how long the wait might be for those not in stock. You just have to add some games to your queue and see what happens.

Keep Your Games
There is no option to purchase used games or keep rentals.

Customer Service
There is a decent FAQ, an email contact form on the website, and a toll-free customer service line. I used the number and was helped quickly and courteously, something quite uncommon with internet based services.

Bonus : Free Magazine Subscription
As a GottaPlay member, you get 12 free issues of Play Magazine, which is a nice perk.

The Plans
There is no free trial with this service, but they do offer at 10 day money back guarantee. Canceling is easy, just click the cancel link under My Account.

1 Game Out - $12.95 per month
2 Games Out - $20.95 per month (works out to $10.48 per game)
3 Games Out - $28.95 per month (works out to $9.65 per game)

Recommended
I recommend this service if you are not on the West Coast and are not interested in purchasing games you rent.
