RentZero Review
RentZero is an up-and-coming rental service with great potential. They ship from Texas, so this service is a great alternative for those of us not on the West Coast. Rent Zero also ships manuals with their game rentals, and even lets you trade in your games for decent prices.
*** UPDATE *** Beware of this company - do not give them your money. They have failed to respond to emails and phone calls, and numerous gamers have contacted me saying they never received any games. Check out Game Fly instead.
Game Stock and Wait Times
Games are usually shipped the same day, and within 24 hours minimum. Rent Zero has a great map for determining shipment wait times:
Keep Your Games
If you want to keep one of your rentals, just log in and click the buy button. RentZero used game prices are pretty competitive.
Bonus : Trade-In Your Games
A new option for online game rental services, with RentZero you can even trade in your used games for a great price! Trade-in prices rival local game shop prices, so this is a very welcome addition.
Customer Service
An extensive FAQ is offered with many pages of info. Email contact is also offered through a form on the site, and a response is promised within 48 hours of your contact.

Highly Recommended
Great shipping times to the South, Central and Midlands, coupled with a free trial, manuals shipped with games, options to buy, options to trade in and good rental plan prices, this is one rental service to beat. Unless you are on the West Coast, I highly recommend RentZero.
